From October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 we have introduced CAPPED FREIGHT for all purchases over $750+gst. Capped freight means that you will be charged a % of your invoice value.
For QLD, NSW & VIC (TAS to Neilson & Johnston in VIC) it is 10% and for SA, NT & WA it is 12.5%.
Please note: this excludes furniture, swings and the oversize fee of $15 for any item over 80cm on any one dimension will still apply.
Should your purchase be under the min amount to qualify for the capped freight, you will be charged the cost that the freight company charge us.
